It's clearly noticeable in PoE and Tyranny.  What is the cause?  Is it something that can/will be overcome in PoE2?  Hopefully so.  I've already requested that Obsidian shut up and take my money, but if they could un-shut up for this part, I'd appreciate it :)  The hype is real!  Can't wait for this game!  Obsidian FTW
