The extra dice simulate you gaining the weapon from them. Edited January 3, 2017 by Raddpuppyguest
Darkren
Wouldn't that basically just be telekenesis?
Moppy
http://www.d20pfsrd.com/magic/all-spells/s/swipe The difficulty of the check is lowered by three to simulate disarming the opponent. The extra dice simulate you gaining the weapon from them. Thanks. It's not in the PRD. I really should use the PFSRD instead.
zeroth_hour
http://www.d20pfsrd.com/magic/all-spells/s/swipe The difficulty of the check is lowered by three to simulate disarming the opponent. The extra dice simulate you gaining the weapon from them. Thanks. It's not in the PRD. I really should use the PFSRD instead. PRD only includes books in the Core line of Paizo's books. PFSRD includes game mechanics released in all of Paizo's books, but is not allowed to include setting specific things like names of countries, deities, etc. as those are still copyrighted. Swipe is a spell from the Rise of the Runelords Adventure Path books, which is why it's not in the PRD. You can use the 'Mark Solved' button beneath a post that answers your topic or confirms it's not a bug. The time that devs don't have to spend on the forum is a time they can spend on fixing the game. (Thanks to Longshot11)
