November 22, 20169 yr I had four characters doing adventure 5.2 on legendary. They were scattered around, closing heads. The last two heads to close were not adjacent to each other. When I closed one of them, the game prompted me to move to an adjacent open head, of which there were none. Forfeit and restart, sigh.
November 22, 20169 yr A vault trip will let you resume with the game without having to move any characters. It's the only fix we have right now.
