November 11, 20169 yr Device: iPadOS: iOS 10.1.1Model: iPad AirPFID#: 3157When I start up the game, my login is successful; it then gives me a pop-up notification that the game has been updated, etc, and that I should update to the newest version for full connectivity. Clicking the Update Now button takes me to the App Store page for the game.... from where I have no option to install the newest version. App Store's page for the game doesn't seem to register that I need to update; it just shows that I already have the game installed. The only option button for me there is "Open" the existing installed app, which just takes me back to the same screen within the game of telling me I need to update. I've tried accessing the App Store page on its own as well with the game not already running; it still does not recognize that I need to update to the newest version. It did this at the last update as well; I must have tried dozens of times before it finally gave me the option to install the new version.
November 11, 20169 yr The Apple store sometimes do it. I have encountered the same problem with another apps too, so its is some problem with iOs.

This happens every now and then, and you just need to wait it out as the updated Pathfinder App gets appears on your local version of the App Store. If there are big enough changes in Pathfinder (like a new adventure Deck), the server will often require users to update if they want to stay online and earn gold, etc... Sometimes it happens that the app's global rollout is slightly delayed (not Obsidian's fault), and the Pathfinder servers start requiring the new version even if it hasn't propagated to your region/store yet.
November 12, 20169 yr Author Meh, so just gotta hurry up and wait, huh. Stinks to lose out on several days' worth of my daily gold since I can't collect until App Store updates.
