Where are the discussions on mods in development.

I don't post often, but I like to scan through the development journals that all the regular modders would keep on the old forums.  Does anyone know where I can find those people?

 

Also, since no one has post here in about a month, is there another site that's having discussions?

Does the new NWVault have a discussion section perhaps? That would seem like a logical place for mods to gather, though as a lad I remember seeing quite a few at the seaside, ocassionally scuffling with rockers.
