Does the % bonuses from the Ring of Overseeing, the chanter item, Aloth's Armor, etc... stack?

Chanter item aka Voice of the Mountaintop and Overseeing stack, yes. Overseeing does not stack with Overseeing. So, Aloth's armor + a ring won't stack.
