In quest mode the scenario power was all giants are 1d4 harder to fight.  The henchmen were the Ogres that roll 1d4 to gain a random power for the fight.  When ever I encountered an ogre, it would roll both d4s, but then roll the d4 for a random power a second time.  Visually the Ogres banish and the show a new card with the power rolled on it, but after it rolled for the power a second time it would just completely banish itself.  It then had me encounter the next card in the deck.

This happened for every Ogre henchmen, and since they banished themselves I never got a chance to close the location until the location deck was empty.

This is a bug from the previous patch that wasn't corrected yet (which is making me wonder on why updates exist). My advice is that you avoid start quests that have this scenario power (1d4 to giants) when the henchmen are the Graul Ogrekin and/or the villain is Barl Breakbones (there is bug that makes you fight him for the third time, while the game "remembers" all the things you played on the second check and may not allow you to use again. Blessings, for instance). I usually forfeit quests with these combinations.

I found this bug is even worse when encountering Donkey Rats.  If the Donkey Rats roll a 1 to summon Graul Ogrekin, the Or\grekin banish them selves and you have to fight the rats again.  But when you beat the rats again the game freezes and crashes.  You have to quickly forfeit after restarting the game or it will just keep crashing.

Yes, I also get this bug, it's quite irritating...
