I received a nice bordered monk character in a chest.  It is listed as B Item however and now showing as an ally.  It does have the icon for an ally.  Along those lines I may have missed the best way to report bugs so sorry if this is in the wrong area.

I haven't acquired the card myself, but it looks like you aren't the first to notice something funny with the Silent Enforcer card.  

 

I assume that's the card you were talking about.  The only other monk-type ally I know of is a Deck 5 card.

Some posts you listed are dated 15th of July... oh my ... we really need more programmers full time on this game...
