Seems like weapon attacks are getting the bonus properly, but not my spells.

That's a general thing, actually. Survival just boosts melee and ranged attacks, not spells. Though some spells are implemented as melee (eg. Jolting Touch) or ranged (eg. Necrotic Lance) attacks (basically, the single-target damage spells).

Thanks for confirming, I was wondering why my accuracy in previous fights didn't add up properly, really confusing wording though.
