Possibility to have just one 'big' button to continue

In the Quest party reward screen, there is a 'small' Continue button below each character. You could think to remove them all to have only one regular Continue button (already present in the screen but inactive), cause the consecutive screens cycle anyway the characters through the reward types.

That is what was before and it caused problems with characters at different levels.
