Collapsed Ceiling Not explorable

Using an LG G4, Android 6.0

 

I have a collpased ceiling on top of the academy deck from failing the check.  The next turn I used Augery and it sort of showed the card get shuffled in, but then it immediately took away ability to explore displaying the collapsed ceiling on top of the deck.  Brought in a second character and getting the same result, when there turn arrives they do not get the option to explore, just end their turn.

 

• Is pass & play on?  Is permadeath on?   NO and NO
• Tutorial, Story Mode, or Quest Mode? (If not quest mode, did you recently enter it?)  STORY
• Characters in Party  LINI @ academy, SEELAH @ The Rusty Dragon, ERZEN @ academy, SAJAN @ waterfront
• Turn Order, as above
• Scenario & Scenario Difficulty.  Normal, Local Heroes

This is a known UI issue.  With the Collapsed Ceiling on top of the location deck (NOT "zoomed" in), drag the card from the top of the location deck to the in-play area in the top right of your screen.  You should be able to encounter it normally.
