As discovered by Dashel84 and confirmed by me, a bug occurs when a Rogue with Adept Evasion is affected by a Cipher's Going Between, with Adept Evasion converting regular Deflection-targeting Hits/Grazes to Grazes/Misses to some degree. Based on some testing this isn't at the 50% / 75% rate of Adept Evasion, though they seem sufficiently greater than Going Between's 25% to suggest that it isn't purely a cosmetic error in the log either.
