Screen Gyro issues?

So, while playing the app the screen will start flipping upside down to rightside up, then back. It only happens in this app, it stops when I switch out. I need to fully kill the app and get back in to stop it. This has popped up once before, then not again till now.

Holy balls. It is back. It keeps happening.

 

Edit: Auto rotation is turned off and it is still doing it.
