RNG is RNG but I haven't encountered the guard tower once since the patch came out.  Does anyone know if this location was nerfed out of rotation due to it being farmed?

I think your luck is bad (or it could be dependent on your level), I went over 1/2 a week without seeing it a bit ago.

Bleh.  I wish the R stood for Random instead of Repetitive.  I seem to get Farmstead and Junk beach >90% of the time.
