Noer Posted May 28, 2016 Posted May 28, 2016 Hello, is PoE using databases for storing text, game object names, traders item lists etc? or is it coded in the game in arrays? How is it possible that game is multilanguage? are all the text translated from database or some other way?
0 Xaratas Posted May 28, 2016 Posted May 28, 2016 Hi Noer, poe uses xml files. They are all in the data[expansion[12]]/localised subfolders. These files contain everything ingame, except the Backer NPC and Gravestone Texts. These two are in some game resources. Have a look at iemod and the specific patch for these texts to find the resource. More modding for PoE II | How to Work with Stringtables
