So I bought Pathfinder Adventures for my older model iPad. Impulsively, I went ahead and bought the RotL bundle. It didn't function on said iPad. Since I was due to buy a new one, I did so and the game works flawlessly....except the bundle is no longer there. 

 

How can I get the RotL bundle back?

You need same game Center account in both iPads. And maybe same play store account. Also Are you sure that your game Center account was active when you purhaced your Bundle? If it was not, it wa not registered to your nonexisted game Center account and that is bad...

Due to my older model iPad, it wouldn't let me create an account. I feel like an idiot too because I don't remember the process. I just remember buying the bundle, then experiencing disappointment when I couldn't play it. Super frustrating. 

Hmm... Then the dev team is your only hope. Contact them and They will give you instructions what to do. It most likely include you to send a proof of purhases and your game Center account email or game Center account user Name. They then can connect From the server side you purhases to your game Center account. (It is different than Apple store)

You Also have to be sure that your game Center account is activated in your new iPad. And if you have different Apple id in those devices you have to ask transfer between those Apple store accounts...
