I'm still experiencing the Daily Gold collection bug - I thought this was fixed in last patch?

 

Also, and maybe related as I have to restart my iPad each time to get the gold I paid for, I'm losing all experience and items collected. All my characters have 0 XP.

 

When will this be fixed and how can I get my lost items and XP back? Is there any reason to play this until these core issue as are resolved.

Sorry for any inconveniences. If you had to reset your iPad or uninstall the game, you will lose your progress. We currently do not have a way to store save data on our servers, but it is something we are working on. 

 

As for your gold, anything you have purchased with gold or money will remain on your account fortunately. If you could PM me your PFID# I can reimburse you your missing gold.. You can find your ID# in the settings menu from the main title screen. This issue is fixed in the upcoming 1.0.3 patch.

It's okay. I haven't lost earned gold, but the requirement to restart in order to claim the daily gold is making it impossible to progress through the game. I'll wait for the patch...

My characters don't show any progress. I completed a quest in Quest Mode, I received a skill point on each character and some XP. Next quest my level is 0 and no XP. Now it's pointless to play, unless it's designed to work this way. Already have a challenging time completing quests, don't need to worry about this.

Selecting the heroes for new quest round, press at first Experienced button, otherwise you will put new heroes without any previous experience.

It's not a bug, but definetely Quest mode could be more intuitive. For example remembering your last party, as it is done in Story mode.

Thanks for the help. But I have a whole row of duplicated characters and none of them have experience or the skill point I allotted to them. One was the Priest the other was the fighter. 

 

There's like 3-4 copies of each
