I closed Habe's Sanatorium and rolled 0 cards for healin. Still, I got the "shuffling" animation for my deck, which shouldn't happen.
I'm not aware if the deck was actually shuffled, as immediately after my game was frozen, with all UI unresponsive, including the red arrow (assumingly there to confirm End Turn). I had to hard-close the app, and on re-entry the UI and End Turn were functioning as intended.

You can use the 'Mark Solved' button beneath a post that answers your topic or confirms it's not a bug.
The time that devs don't have to spend on the forum is a time they can spend on fixing the game.
