Items casting some spell when your character receives a hit or crit seem to proc like crazy. Sometimes without receiving so much as a graze. Here's an example:

 

 

 

 

Here I did get hit once but my Druid's Celebrant's gloves proc'ed 3 times through the battle (1 of these was a double proc itself).

Thanks for pointing this out to us. We previously had a bug in for this that was fixed, but it seems like it has regressed. I have reopened the bug.
