Sometimes I get empty white icons, sometimes these pink circles which are stuck with my characters for pretty much... forever.

 

 

 

Note that the duration of the "unknown" afflictions is also incorrect.

After looking at your output log, and since you are using GOG, you're going to have to uninstall the game and download a fresh 3.02 installer for the base game and expansions. If you are using GOG Galaxy, you can verify/repair, and it should clear that up.
