None of the Visions are being written in my Journal, furthermore my Biography section isn't working. I tried two different characters and it's broken in both cases.

Yes, that is correct, however I cannot promise if the bug gets fixed in time or not, since its only affecting your save and its a low priority bug. You can try to uninstall and reinstall GOG and see if that resolves your issue and if new visions will be recorded. 

It might be the installation. This wasn't an issue in prior playthroughs, or it might be Windows 10...

I'm playing on Steam with the latest 3.02 patch and recently started a new game with my chanter after verifying the game files via Steam. The biography section is not updated after arriving in Gilded Vale. The visions section has no entry. I suppose the last patch broke the journal not only for me but for everyone else. It#s just that few players would realize the issue.

 

Please prioritize the bug report accordingly. It's no plot stopper that is true, but it's annoying all the same. I was sure that a year after the release, issues like this wouldn't be present. If there is a workaround, I would be happy to know about it.

Tried reinstalling, reupdating, and verified my installation, glitch is still there. QQ

Thanks guys for updating me on the issue. Turns out that the visions don't update after gilded vale, I'll update the bug and up the priority.

I looks like the biography stops updating after you collect the springberries with Calisca. I wrote up a bug for this as well.

I have just noticed problem this as well.  Not a game breaker but since this is a new character I'm rolling, it would be nice to see the journey he goes on.

I encountered the same problem: reached Caed Nua, but Biography's last entry is from dialog with Calisca while Visions completely empty.
