  1. That's strange then, because this "hidden accuracy bonus" seems to vary then. In the screenshot I originally attached, Eder is about 7th or 8th level and the "hidden accuracy bonus" comes to +8. In the game I am playing now, his total secondary deflection is 42 (+30 for Fighter, +3 for Perception, +12 for Level, -8 for Larder Door shield) so that implies the "hidden accuracy bonus" is now +5. He's 5th level. Is this a bug or does this "hidden accuracy bonus" scale by level or something?
  2. 984a4b3871974d7e876a92a1f1c3f81a 8387523 CaedNua.savegame.txt Hi Sking, Thanks for the quick reply. I actually quit that particular game but have started a new one. I see though that the secondary weapon accuracy for Eder with the Larder Door still seems incorrect, so I've renamed the saved game file to .txt and added it to this post.....tks
  3. Has anyone else had this problem? I've equipped Eder with the Larder Door but the secondary accuracy shows as 7 points higher than what it actually should be - see screen print. His primary accuracy is 47 (which is correct) but the secondary accuracy is 50 (when it should be 43). Or am I missing something here? Tks in advance for any helpful comments.
  4. Anyone know if the latest patch will be saved game-compatible? Just deciding whether to wait until the patch comes out to start a new game or not......tks
  5. I think enemy barbarians with the Carnage ability may also damage pets. I was fighting those bandits early on in the game while on that quest to retrieve that aumaua smith's stolen weapons shipment, and their barbarian leader damaged my nearby black hound pet for 0.0 damage while swinging at my main character! Not sure though if that was because of how the final reduced damage was calculated, or because the pet is immune to damage from Carnage.....
  6. Thanks for feedback. folks......unfortunately, I have already deleted the saved game (playing on Trial of Iron), so will have to start a new game anyway! May wait until next patch though, owing to the bug with the missing character biography in the journal.....
  7. *** Spoiler warning *** I've just finished the bit in Defiance Bay where you have the hearing with Duc Aevar and he then gets assassinated by Thaos before the riots break out in the city and you have to flee. All the districts of the city are now closed off to me at this point, and I still have that outstanding quest linked to the defence of your stronghold, where you have to go back to Brackenbury to speak to Chancellor Warrin at the Charred Barrel inn. Unfortunately I can't go back because the district is now closed off so I can't complete this quest, but it still shows up as an active quest in my journal. I assume you can't go back later in the game either as I had another quest in Ondra's Gift which I didn't do and I got a message saying that quest automatically failed. So is the non-resolution of the unfinished "a return to court" quest a bug then?
  8. I get the same problem after the 3.02 patch as well. Thanks for getting onto this so quickly, Aarik D.......
