[Spoilers] "Bubble hat" reward from Wild Mylla quest?

So I got Mylla back to Royse without a fight and after acceting Royse's reward, Mylla says that she found a "bubble hat in the woods" at "the roots that look like dragon tails".

 

Where exactly is this reward located?

I can't find any trees or roots that look like dragon tails anywhere...

It just outside the cave where you found her and the wichts.
