This was supposedly fixed but as of the latest beta patch it still procs multiple times (ditto the boots with consecrated ground). At some point it ignored the per encounter limit but didn't proc multiple times at once, now it seems to have reverted to its old behaviour. In fact, the number of procs in that screenshot is the highest one I've seen so far...

Hey kvaak,

 

I loaded up your save and both items were only procing once. I also took a look at your output log and saw quite a few errors which could be causing the issue. In your Steam library, right click PoE > Properties > Local Files > Verify Integrity of Game Cache.

Nope, although it did change into "trigger once, ignore per encounter limit" mode again...

Hey kvaak,

 

We discovered a bug where if you get interrupted while the item procs, it doesn't actually consume the 1 per encounter, which can trigger the proc again.
