I play in german.

Then I switched the language to english.

The stronghold status screen (the list where you can see what happened each day or round) is still in german.

Everything else is in english.

 

I use the german translation mod (it is another language you can select in the menu), but I did not change anything else in the game.

This is intended. Whatever has happened previous to the language change will remain as that language. Only new events will be in the current language setting.
