I was fighting Xaurips in the 5th level of the endless path.

My char kills a xaurip high priest with tall grass.

This is the last enemy of this group, after that I loot them (green text below)

Blutbad = carnage, there is no target at all.

 

It is the first time I see this error and I have no idea how to reproduce it.

It's a proc from one of your items; probably one of the newer ones which is missing a string for its proc name. Are you wearing the Glittering Gloves (or however they are called)?

Sorry, there is only one item I have equipped that is from one of the expansions: the armor "wayfarer´s hide"

None of the items I have equipped has an effect that triggers automatically.

There was no target at all that could have been hit by carnage.
