How can a passive ability have a speed?

I was confused when leveling up.

All other passive talents (at least the ones I have seen so far) do not have a speed value, only the effect is written.

What does speed mean in this context?

Is it the lengh of the intervall in whitch the target has to do a saving throw again?

In case that is so, what is the lengh of the intervall?

Thanks for pointing this out. It just happens to be old data that shouldn't be there. It doesn't affect the passive in anyway. Not all abilities have this, but the older ones will most likely have it. I have written up a bug to remove the speed stat on passives.
