All moving objects in Cragholdt Bluffs are pink

Pretty much the title, they're all covered by pink rectangles. Mac v3.01.

That happened to me once in 2.01 or so when I messed up my installation because I used a base game installer and expansion installer with different versions.

 

If you're installing manually using GOG.com installers, make sure you've downloaded the latest expansion installers matching the exact same game version as the base game.

 

If you're using automated installation with Steam or Gog Galaxy, have it verify the integrity of your game files.
