My first two visitors had, depending on my decisions, a lasting effect on my stronghold. Be it a permanent increase or drop in prestige or security.
However, every other visitor ever since, has no effect what so ever longterm. No matter if I execute him, pay him off, have my companions sabotage his enterprise or help him in any way. Zero impact.
