The level 1 mage spell Concelhaut's Parasitic Staff seems to be bugged since the update.

 

Often when I use the spell now I see my character use the wand attack animation with the staff equipped, the damage is much lower than usual, and i see in the combat log that the attacks are proccing "Blast" (the mage wand talent). 

I can confirm that this happens with flails too. The Parasitic staff will proc the Graze ==> Hit quality of the flail.

I have confirmed this bug and written up a bug report. Its a little tricky to get this bug to happen but if you cast the spell right as you are auto attacking, the summoned weapon will retain the properties of the weapon you currently have equipped. After moving, the spell reverted back to normal.
