I have progressed to the point where I am told to locate Persoq. I travaled to Pearlwood Bluff but the place where I am told his spirit is located is empty.

Hey Ripley Riley,

 

I figured out what the issue was. You didn't have Sagani in your party which is why nothing was coming up. Just add her back to the party at the Inn and head on over to the bluffs and you should be good to go!

Hey Ripley Riley,

There should be a floating soul at the Bluffs, once you interact with it, it will guide you to the next location. If there isn't any, could you please upload a save via dropbox so I can take a look?

There isn't a floating soul at the Bluffs. I checked a guide to see its location and it isn't there. Here is my save file.
