Watcher biography wiped out after completing lair of the eyeless

I've played in my native language and got picture related after compiling main white march quest. A moment ago steam downloaded some mysterious 1.4gb update but sadly -infinity and stock up status effects bugs are still present.

I've got the same problem. After finishing Lair of the Eyeless quest, Watcher Biography mysteriously disappeared. Below is a dropbox link that includes my savegame files before and after this issue, output log, dxdiag as well as empty biography screenshot:
