As stated in the title - does Zahua not have a personal quest?

I really enjoy it to have him in my party but I can´t find hints that he has a personal quest although when you meet him he talks something about a task he is up to.

He has in White March II,

If you had him since WM1 you'll need to talk to him again, just go through his greyed out conversation options as one of them should trigger it in WM2.
