REPRO STEPS:

 

Load the attached saved game.

Select the protagonist and go to her inventory.

Observe she has a fully unlocked Steafast sword in there.

Right-click the sword and observe it grants *Missing Abilities -1* (Passive)

Thanks for pointing this out! This was happening when unlocking the ability "Outmaneuvering" for Chanters, Wizards and FIghters. We've fixed this issue internally, and it will be included in the next patch =)

Out of curiosity, what does the ability do?

The ability lets your attacks target Will instead of Deflection if the target's Will defense is lower.

 

It's basically the Barbarian passive Brute Force, but for Will instead of Fortitude. =)
