The medium armor, Scales of the Raven doesn't apply its piercing DR. This also includes the Piercing DR from using an enchantment.

Hello Wolken,

 

I just checked on our latest build and the pierce Dr is working correctly. Check again in the next patch and see if that solves your issue. If not, could you please upload a save file and an output log?
