as above, after every hit  effect appears and restarting time, none debuffs on monk

 

I could link files , just wanne know whether this is already known bug before?

Description:
Monk's talent crucible of suffering procs after evety hit he gives , which leads to continous restarting effect.
 
Steps to Reproduce the Issue:
I firured out that bug appears after taking   talent  weapon_focus_peasant.
