Nridek didn't drop soul vessel

I just ran though the area and was able to get the spear. It ended up in my stash. Could you please upload a save file and an output log so I can take a look?

Oh i got the spear (should have phrased that better) but I didnt get the soul vessel after killing Nridek (he just dropped regular vithrak loot) so I couldn't power it up.

I just checked again, and after killing him, he dropped the soul vessel.
