I had read about that somewhere here ... and since 2.03.0788 the bard only rarely starts singing when I enter the Gref's Nest inn in Stalwart. Outside it seems I can hear her singing inside ... very low volume.

 

Can't find where it has been reported before. It still doesn't work in 3.0 beta.

Yeah, shes been really buggy as of late. If you load a save thats already in Grefs Rest, she will start singing once that save is loaded. We're working on a  fix!
