Both Pascal (Nvidia) and Polaris (AMD) will be using these memory modules. Will be interesting to see what kind of impact they have. Feels like RAM bandwidth problems should be solved for a while at least..

It will have a much bigger impact on compute applications than it will on gaming.  Still, it's a step forward and progress is always good.
