[2.03] Missing Dialogue Response

Hello,

I am missing a dialogue response when speaking to Eder with my Eothosian priest.

To reproduce:

1. select "Talk to Eder" on the bar above his portrait
2. choose selection 3, “I was wondering about Eothas.
