In the character creation menu the Voice section is blank and I can not continue. I'm not sure why this happening? I suppose i could be missing files? I could delete everything and try again.. but  it took me two days to download the game.. I'm hoping this a bug that can be fixed. 

The list where the voices should be is just  blank. 

Are there buttons with no writing or is it really blank? Can you click in the area where the voices should be? Can you hear the voices when you click?

 

It's a known bug that sometimes the font of buttons or the button itself or tooltips disappear (or to be precise: are invisible) - but you should still be able to click them. If you can't interact at all then this seems to be a different problem.

Are you playing the game through Steam? Please verify your game cache and that should fix the issue. In your Steam library, right click Pillars of Eternity > Properties > Local Files > Verify Integrity of game cache.
