[WM1] Destroy Vessels doesn't



Or at least it doesn't seem to do it consistently. Could be an issue of vague description setting wrong expectations, but passing this along in case this is a genuine bug.

  1. Pallegina is soulbound to St. Ydwen's Redeemer. 
  2. Pallegina wallops the bejesus out of a construct (vessel).
  3. Combat log shows that construct has taken on the effect known as "Destroy Vessel".
  4. Construct continues to fight for it's un-life as though it was not just destroyed.

If the construct is of a higher level than Pallegina, it will take raw damage from Destroy Vessel instead of being destroyed. Could that be the case?
