November 3, 201510 yr Playing through the game after a long time away. I just killed Raedric and got the 2H sword 'Justice'. Its description and Enchant page both say it has the "Fine" enchantment, but it doesn't have the +4 Accuracy, just the damage. No matter who I give it to, it has precisely 4 less Accuracy than a regular Fine 2H sword. I'd have assumed it really has Damaging 1, except that if you try and add Fine, the Enchant page says "Justice already has enchantment Fine" EDIT: Ok. nvm I guess. Restarting the game fixed it...
