Found it on my first run through of the White March but haven't been able to find it on my second run.  Finished Durgan's Battery and am about to head home but it's driving me crazy that I can't find it again.

A lot of the loot is randomized, or at least drawn from separate tables depending on when you enter any given area.

    I got mine from one of the bounties: the one hanging around a hearth in Longwatch Falls.

    It would be of small avail to talk of magic in the air...
