I know you said they meet them, but knowing would help get a clearer picture. If I had to guess, I would say that the CPU is too old and too slow... And if I recall correctly, PoE is NOT multithreaded (Unity 4 limitation?), which makes the situation even worse for you. Quote How I have existed fills me with horror.
