Can't hire companions beyond level 12?

Usually you can hire companions 1 level below yours but I can't seem to hire say a level 13 when I turned level 14. Only up to level 12. Is this working as intended?

Thanks for pointing this out. Yes, you should be able to hire a level 13 adventurer if you are level 14. I had added a bug into our database.

    3. Adjust your preference.
