Did you buy the expansion ? You need it for play dead.

 

For twin shot, you need to be lvl 13... which also requires White March.

but no where is info, of level 13 in white march...

The wiki is incomplete. Sometimes it is also false.

You need expansion to get those abilities. Twin arrows can be taken on level 13.

It is correct in this case. I updated the ranger page as of 2.01 by going through every single level up to make sure the abilities matched.

 

I did not, however, realize that Play Dead required White Marches. Could anyone else confirm if this is true or not?
