Elric Galad Posted September 8, 2015 Posted September 8, 2015 Did you buy the expansion ? You need it for play dead. For twin shot, you need to be lvl 13... which also requires White March.

I updated the ranger page as of 2.01 by going through every single level up to make sure the abilities matched. I did not, however, realize that Play Dead required White Marches. Could anyone else confirm if this is true or not?
