I just killed him twice - no eyes, no scales, 10 pieces of meat. Is it intentional or i'm just unlucky ? 

What did you expect? Your reward is the pile of loot behind the dragon.

It's not much of a "pile," to be fair. It's, what, a single bow and a shield?

Im glad someone can kill the dragon because i certainly can't not without superb rng or extreme cheese

I was expecting eyes and scale. Loot from pile is not that awesome anyway.

Would be funny if an alpine dragon had sky dragon eyes and adra dragon scales. That shield is meh, but the bow is probably the best war bow in game. Confuse on crit? How is that not awesome?

Rename Adra Dragon scales / Sky Dragon eyes to Dragon Scale / Dragon Eye, add one of those to drop list, problem solved.

Yeah, it should have dropped alpine dragon scales or something that function the same as adra scales.

So 15/12 was intended. Still not sure if its better than Godagh.

The confusion on crit counts as 9 enchantment slots, which seems a bit excessive.

 

Still, I imagine it would be pretty killer on an accuracy/crit focused ranger.

Well, yes, that would have been my solution as well.... to just name them dragon scales and dragon eyes. On the bright side there's a dragon eye on Concelhaut's desk. Maybe this is OE's way of letting you take the peaceful solution without crying inside that you did the right thing, but now you aren't getting the scales/eyes, then again why put loot behind the dragon?! He'll turn on you if you touch it even if you've severed the connection to his soul twins already.
