Possible oversight - named weapon not marked as unique.

Sabra Marie, the war bow that can be found in Alpine Dragon's hoard is a "normal" magical item (no Unique in description, has a blue border). Considering all other weapons that have a name and a non-standard enchantment are unique this looks like an oversight.
